Guest Poets:
Phil Bowen was born in Liverpool and taught Drama there until 1979, He has worked as a full-time writer, performer and teacher since 1994. Work from his first full collection Variety’s Hammer  was selected for The Forward Anthology of 1998.His biography of the Mersey Poets A Gallery to Play To was recently updated and re-published by Liverpool University Press.
Steve Griffiths was born in Trearddur Bay, Anglesey, grew up there and in Amlwch, lived in London most of his working life and now lives in Ludlow. He has published seven collections of poems since 1980, with Rex Collings, Seren and Cinnamon. His work has been widely broadcast and he has read in several countries, including a series of seven readings in New York in 2012. He is one of the hundred twentieth century Welsh poets writing in English featured in The Library of Wales ‘Poetry 1900-2000’ (2007, Parthian Books).
Michael Wyndham Thomas is an Irish-British writer and lived in Canada for a number of years. He now lives in Worcestershire. He is an internationally-known poet, fiction-writer, dramatist and musician. His poetry, prose and scripts have appeared in Critical Survey, English, The English Review, Iron, Reflections (Canada), Etchings (Australia), The Black Mountain Review and Irish University Review (Ireland) and The Antioch Review, Magazine Six and The Secret of Salt (USA). He also reviews for such publications as The Times Literary Supplement and The London Magazine. Since April, 2004, Michael has been poet-in-residence at the annual Robert Frost Poetry Festival, Key West, Florida. He is now Poet-at-Large in the Navy of the Conch Republic of Key West.
